Factor architecture created a fascinating house design that is not just suitable for the modern world but even for the futuristic era at the same time. The avant-garde house is not something that you don’t usually in Netherlands or even in other parts of the world.

This futuristic house has two facades. The first side is only made up of clean white wall made out of concrete. On the other hand, the second side has an over-reaching roof which gives shade even up to the living room area of the house.
