Some people just can’t get enough of the outdoors. They want to incorporate this inspiration to their house designs so that they would not feel confined in the corners of their own lair. If you would like to spend a day or two waking up in front of the people having picnics, then the intruguing hotel designed by Andreas Strauss could be a great option. There would be no room corners because this hotel is actually made from huge recycled pipes. But of course, the bed is not concrete in order to provide you the sleeping comfort that you need. It has electricity, light, and a wooly blanket to snug on. And if you want to take a shower, just look for the bathroom nearby or ask anyone who plays frisbee in the park.

The future is actually already here! With these so-called Toilets of the Future, you would surely want to spend most of your time hanging out at the bathroom and loving these high-tech bathroom utilities (that are definitely expensive right now at the same time!).

The first on the list is the funky toilet that are meant for nightclub-themed houses or in party hubs as well. These toilets were made by Kohler. The glossy tiles and the sleek toilet style are all well-complimented by the F-A-B lights! You can even party in your bathroom if you have this one!

Next on the list is the high-tech toilet called the Media Center. While having your private time, you can still get to watch TV inside the bathroom! The stunning Bisazza tiles allows the projection clock to be seen while doing your…uuhh…thing.

Have you seen the movie Charlie’s Angels where Drew Barrymore’s ass got kicked in a window panel? Ain’t the house something that you would love to have? One of the rich people in Hollywood actually had his own version of that home but much better. The very modern home situated at the Hollywood hills has a great view of the infamous Sunset Boulevard. So why did they call it as the Open House? Well, it’s not really open until you slide the glass panels at the front and at the back of the house. This erases the border between the home and the outside. Don’t worry about earthquakes and other earth-shaking situations. The huge glass panels all over the house are supported by various materials such as concrete, plaster, stone, as well as dark stained oak.

Have you heard of the Tree House? Well this modern and eco-friendly house in Brazil is called the Leaf House. Located at the front of the beach, the Leaf House is truly an extravagant shelter that allows man to make connection with nature. Ride a helicopter and you will see the reason why it is called so. It looks like a huge banana leaf placed all together to cover the lair of modern Tarzans and Janes. And because of its location, the Leaf House no longer needs airconditioning system just to provide its visitors the relaxing and cooling ambiance.

Another eco-friendly house, the Leaf House’s roof can collect rainwater for consumption. The interior of the organic-inspired house is mainly made up of wood, natural fabrics, and stone. There are no corridors and there are even open spaces between each and every room, making it the ideal venue for all your social gatherings.

Why do Japanese has these crazy and futuristic ideas? And they even incorporate these when building houses. Aside from the handy gadgets and electronics that are flourishing in the Japanese market, there are now also compacts shelters which they call as the Paco House.

Each and every space in the Paco House is essential. So what the architects did is to maximize it as much as they can. Want to sleep? Not a problem! A comfortable hammock can actually give you that nighty-night sleep that you’ve always wanted without the bug bites. You can also try the extra space below if you don’t want to fill it up with your stuff.

The best thing about the Paco House is that you can conceal some parts of the house such as the dining area and the toilet when not in use. This allows you to occupy the space just in case you want invite people to party with you. Aside from that, the Paco House is also equipped with biodegradable toilet which recycles water. And yeah, the house’s electricity works on wind and solar power as well.

Would you like to live in one of these? How about in the near future?
