Dubai is probably the country where you want to spend your money and invest. Aside from the businesses, the real estate industry is also booming as well. But instead of building a house in the dessert country, there is a revolutionary house design which will be situated in Dubai’s waters. Also known as the Houseboat, this Catamaran inspired house is truly one of the most fascinating houses you could ever see.

The lower deck of the Houseboat is where you could find the steering cabin, the luxurious bedrooms, and the bathroom as well. On the other hand, the kitchen and the dining area is located at the upper deck along with the living room of the Houseboat.

Also known as the Huf 9 Fachwerkhaus Art Home, this glass house truly bring nature and human close as it lessens the border between the house and the outdoors. Situated in the middle of a green scenery, the Glass House is a charming and a lavish home that can provide all the space that you need in a house and more. And since it was created to make human feel closer to the nature, the Glass House is also eco-friendly thanks to the solar panels and passive heating system. Even though this is a huge property, the house consumes only 57.2 kWh because of the energy efficient technology that is incorporated in it.

Looks can be actually deceiving. By looking at the exterior of the Vader House, you would think that it is a typical residence having a typical style with a typical presence. Yeah, it might seem that it is usual but once you get to enter the modern house, you will be astounded with its sleek style and bold colors giving the house a very playful look.

The dominant color that you can see inside the Vader House is the hot red. Not every house can actually pull this color off but the Vader House did. The stairs were painted in bloody red, the tiles were in bold red, and even the paintings were shaded red. The fab kitchen is beside the house’s open space that was allocated for a small jacuzzi. Simple yet the creation was subtle.

There is no word that could perfectly describe this house in Toronto. Modern and stylish, the residence of the Birdle Path brings not just comfort but luxury at the same time. They used wood and glass in almost all parts of the house. Notice that they have glass windows extending from the floor up to the ceiling.

It also incorporated a minimalist house style that compliments the spacious area of the residence. There are only four bedrooms (some bedroom walls were made from glass) but they have a total of ten bathrooms in the house. And yeah, did someone mentioned that this house in Toronto also has an indoor full basketball court as well?

You would definitely want to stay at home if you have a house like this! Made by the architects of Grant + Sinclair, this oceanfront house is the dreamhouse of all nature lovers. The outside sceneries that you can see in most parts of the house are breath-taking. Aside from that, this modern concrete house has a well-lit captivating interior at the same time.

And if the view of the ocean and mountain is available in your location, why not take advantage of it? That’s why most of the areas facing the sceneries were walled by huge clear glasses that allow you to be fascinated and feel relaxed at the same time. Materials that were mainly used in this modern house are wood, concrete, and stones of various textures. The theme of the house compliments the natural beauty where it is located.

There are now numerous house designs that can be considered modern and futuristic. But definitely, it is not as futuristic as this house located in Germany. There are three floors and each portruding area is a bedroom. What make this house interesting is that there are not much edges but the house is full of curves starting from the exterior of the house up to the exterior.

The house is very spacious and the large amount of the open space is perfect for its minimalist style and sleek furnitures. And if you feel like splashing in the water, choose between the outdoor and the indoor swimming pool of this futuristic lair. The lobby has a big atrium that is well-complimented by the solid-colored (black and white) walls and stairs. Now who would thought that the house was used to be this:

If you are visiting the Gold Coast of Australia, it’s impossible that you would not see the stunning house that has an all white and glass facade. Australians actually claim that this is so far, the most photographed house in the world. Whether the claim is true or not, you won’t have to ask why they called it so.

The house’s form is mostly out of vertical lines and its white walls and glass panels were highlighted by the natural sea backdrop. There are actually five bathrooms and four windows that have a spectacular view of the coast as well thanks to the huge glass windows. The house is simply light and homey. At the garage, where at least 6 cars can fit, you can also see the wine cellar and the fitness room of the house as well. The gourmet kitchen is located at the ground floor along with the the living room and the entertainment room.

This house is actually for sale for a whopping price of $2.3 million. But each and every penny is definitely worth it!

Who said that futuristic houses can only be seen in Japan? Australia too has a sustainable house that it can boast of. In Sydney, the modern and futuristic house created by Xenian was showcased. Dubbed as House of the Future, this eco-friendly modern architecture was made to give people a life that would not depend on the alternative energies that can cause global warming and other negative effects on the environment.

The House of the Future is mainly made up of wood. The LED power system gives an even more appeal to the house making the word “modern” not enough to describe the interior.

What makes the House of the Future Earth-friendly is its green features such as the system that collects rainwater and convert it into a consumable H2O, the passive ventilation, and of course, the solar cells which also serve as a decoration and completes the chic look of the house at the same time.

If future houses will be like this, then future is something that we really should look forward to!

Factor architecture created a fascinating house design that is not just suitable for the modern world but even for the futuristic era at the same time. The avant-garde house is not something that you don’t usually in Netherlands or even in other parts of the world.

This futuristic house has two facades. The first side is only made up of clean white wall made out of concrete. On the other hand, the second side has an over-reaching roof which gives shade even up to the living room area of the house. Of course, this kind of house requires an interior that is modern, that has an urband flair. There are not much decorations, thanks to the minimalist design, which highlights the feature windows of the house – dotting the over over-reaching roof of this futuristic shelter.

Japan is known for its weird but cool modern architectures. Thanks to the design created by the Schemata Architecture, Tokyo has another intriguin house design located at the main road of Nakana. They call it as the 63.02 degree house because of the very unusual angle that it has. It’s not square, triangular, or any typical shape that you can imagine.

It is called so because the house is slanted at 63.02 degrees. Outside the house, you can have a deeper view of the house’s facade and the inside area at the same time. If you want a design that could be the perfect example of “maximizing the space” then the slanted 63.02 House would fit this criteria.

Although the unusual angled house looks very small by looking at the outside, you would be surprised to know that it is actually spacious inside.

Would you consider this as a futuristic house, a modern architecture, or just another crazy house design from the Japanese?
