Also known as the Houseboat, this Catamaran inspired house is truly one of the most fascinating houses you could ever see.

The lower deck of the Houseboat is where you could find the steering cabin, the luxurious bedrooms, and the bathroom as well. On the other hand, the kitchen and the dining area is located at the upper deck along with the living room of the Houseboat.

This property in Melbourne is actually a house that looks like the luxurious hotels and inspired by the lavishing resorts in the city. Probably the owner usually goes to resorts to have a great time of R&R so he decided to have his own instead.
Just like in a typical resort, there are tropical trees and botanic garden which surrounds the Eaglemont 66 residence. This house that has a lot of room for relaxation also has a lot of space for elegance and class. A minimalist style is flourishing all over the house starting from the living room up to the bedrooms. Most of the areas in the house were made from glass (wall to ceiling window glasses) to take advantage of the well-crafted resort-like environment outside.

Looks can be actually deceiving. By looking at the exterior of the Vader House, you would think that it is a typical residence having a typical style with a typical presence. Yeah, it might seem that it is usual but once you get to enter the modern house, you will be astounded with its sleek style and bold colors giving the house a very playful look.
The dominant color that you can see inside the Vader House is the hot red. Not every house can actually pull this color off but the Vader House did. The stairs were painted in bloody red, the tiles were in bold red, and even the paintings were shaded red. The fab kitchen is beside the house’s open space that was allocated for a small jacuzzi. Simple yet the creation was subtle.

Some people just can’t get enough of the outdoors. They want to incorporate this inspiration to their house designs so that they would not feel confined in the corners of their own lair. If you would like to spend a day or two waking up in front of the people having picnics, then the intruguing hotel designed by Andreas Strauss could be a great option. There would be no room corners because this hotel is actually made from huge recycled pipes. But of course, the bed is not concrete in order to provide you the sleeping comfort that you need. It has electricity, light, and a wooly blanket to snug on. And if you want to take a shower, just look for the bathroom nearby or ask anyone who plays frisbee in the park.

There is no word that could perfectly describe this house in Toronto. Modern and stylish, the residence of the Birdle Path brings not just comfort but luxury at the same time. They used wood and glass in almost all parts of the house. Notice that they have glass windows extending from the floor up to the ceiling.

It also incorporated a minimalist house style that compliments the spacious area of the residence. There are only four bedrooms (some bedroom walls were made from glass) but they have a total of ten bathrooms in the house. And yeah, did someone mentioned that this house in Toronto also has an indoor full basketball court as well?

You would definitely want to stay at home if you have a house like this! Made by the architects of Grant + Sinclair, this oceanfront house is the dreamhouse of all nature lovers. The outside sceneries that you can see in most parts of the house are breath-taking. Aside from that, this modern concrete house has a well-lit captivating interior at the same time.

And if the view of the ocean and mountain is available in your location, why not take advantage of it? That’s why most of the areas facing the sceneries were walled by huge clear glasses that allow you to be fascinated and feel relaxed at the same time. Materials that were mainly used in this modern house are wood, concrete, and stones of various textures. The theme of the house compliments the natural beauty where it is located.
